Documents are stored encrypted at rest, served only through authenticated admin URLs, and shared exclusively with the regulator that requires them. We do not sell, index or use documents for marketing. On written request we delete every uploaded file within 30 days after the account closes.

About number registration.

Do I need to do this before I can order a number?

Only for regulated countries. Common ones that require KYC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, India. Many countries (including US toll-free, most Asian mobile) do not.

How long does approval take?

We review within one business hour. Regulator turnaround varies from same-day (US, UK) to several working days (KSA, some German regions).

What if my documents are in a language other than English?

English or the local language of the destination country is fine. Some regulators need a certified translation; we tell you when.

Can I use one KYC for multiple numbers?

Yes for the same country and same regulator. Some regulators require a separate declaration per number, which we file for you automatically.

What happens to my documents after approval?

They stay in our encrypted store as long as your account is active, so we can respond to regulator audits. On written request we delete them within 30 days after account closure.
